This St Pancras wedding was EVERYTHING. It was warm, it was fun, it was edgy and it was full of love!
A wedding never fails to get me when there is a backstory. St Pancras Station wasn’t just the wedding venue, it was where Gemma and Jon set eyes on each other for the very first time. It is where their story begins. Furthermore, it is where their next chapter began. Imagine a first date at the glamorous Searcey’s Champagne Bar. And then imagine how romantic it would be, at a later date, to then get married at that very same venue. Swoon. My romance barometer is off the scale right now.
Add into this equation the uber cool Gemma and Jon and you have that delicious mix of edgy//romantic that I just love.
Keep an eye out for Gemma’s custom made ‘Bowie’ handbag. And more grooms wearing bolo ties please!
And more St Pancras weddings (please universe)!
Searcey’s is an awesome London wedding venue – the food was outstanding and the art deco interior of the bistro was on point. One of the other highlights of the day were the singing waiters. They were fantastic – from start to finish… their weaving in amongst the real waiters was so convincing, that when one of them fell (as per the way to get everyone’s attention before they start to sing) five or six guests jumped up to help him. Who then scorned me for photographing the incident no less. Hee hee – I’m just glad I knew what was coming!
Gemma and Jon – here is your sneak preview of your cool St Pancras wedding.
There it is – do you see it? The gorgeous ‘Bowie Bag’
