When I grow up I want to be a creative wedding photographer… I’ve actually got my dream job!
2019 was a year of fun weddings, relaxed weddings, creative weddings and modern weddings.
A year of cool people, kind people, fun people…. Goddamn AMAZING people! People just doing their thing at weddings.
Well, finally I’ve got there and chosen the photographs that sum up my 2019. And when I say it was a difficult job, I genuinely mean I’ve been sitting here for days trying to decipher which ones to put in and which ones I can leave out. That’s the problem when you work for such wonderful people…. they give you sooooo much material. I’ve worked with a whole bunch of legends through 2019 (some of whom can’t be featured in this blog because they got married in absolute secret) but the rest of whom have been showcased.
Thank you to all these couples who put absolute trust in me to do my thing and allowed me to be the creative wedding photographer that I love to be. Thank you to those who fed me and checked in and made sure I was OK throughout the day – I really appreciate your kindness.
SO HERE IT IS…….
Whenever I get a taxi home, the driver always asks me the same question: “What’s the WORST thing that ever happened at a wedding?”
An odd question, when it’s a day all about love and and happiness, don’t you think? I can, hand on heart, say that I can’t think of anything. Yes it has poured down on an outdoor woodland wedding. But did anyone cry or get distressed? No! Because that’s the kind of people I have have been lucky enough to work with. People who put up an umbrella in the face of the rain and say, “We’re not going to let a bit of wet weather ruin our day! In fact we’re going to embrace it”
SO please no divas nor grinches… but if you are looking for a creative wedding photographer, then hit me up on the link below. I have limited availability for 2020 and am still booking for 2021
I’d love it if you could leave a comment at the very bottom of the page. Keep scrolling down. Big Love xx Michelle
